Plotting Sheet Covering 3 Degrees of Latitude

This is a new style of plotting sheet for a standard letter sized sheet of paper (one nautical mile per millimeter).. The coverage is 3 degrees of latitude and 4 degrees of longitude. To scale a degree of longitude use the scale at the left margin that has the number of latitude minutes for one degree of longitude going from 0 to 60 degrees of latitude. The example shows scale for 35 degrees of latitude.
